We’ve added support for Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) and Major Complication or Comorbidity (MCC) codes. When a note is generated in Nabla, HCC and MCC pills will now appear alongside ICD-10 code suggestions, helping streamline documentation and coding accuracy.

We now support health systems using the same EHR integration, making it easier to extend Nabla’s capabilities across Epic Community Connect instances.
eCW users have the option to pre format the copied note in a way that makes it very easy to import it to their EHR, through the “Scribe It” feature.
You’ll now find recommended templates grouped by your specialty, making it simpler to access and switch between the templates you use most frequently.
Now, once you start dictating in the generated note, you can place your cursor anywhere in the note, even in a different section, and the dictated text will follow.
You can now choose to export new problems, vitals or both.
If you forget to stop Nabla after a patient visit and two visits end up being combined into one encounter, you can now split the encounter at any point in the transcript. More info on our help page.
A new Personal Dictionary tab has been added to Settings. It allows you to add words that are often mistranscribed, such as those influenced by accents or uncommon proper nouns. Once added, these words will be automatically corrected in future notes, improving transcription accuracy and, in turn, the quality of your notes. More info on our help page.
We’ve also enhanced the experience for bilingual encounters, making it easier to capture a visit in 2 languages. If you have set up a secondary language and both your primary and secondary languages are in the 27 supported languages, Nabla will automatically transcribe both languages during the encounter, ensuring that no details are missed. The latest Nabla model provides the following improvements
Display a progress bar when Nabla requires additional time to process the transcription due to network issues.
Show a banner indicating that another device is actively listening to the encounter.
