Nabla will now automatically generates a title for your encounters, for all templates (it was previously only done for the “Multiple sections” template)
For each dot phrase, you can now toggle the “Automatically update dot phrase content” setting. When enabled, a detected dot phrase will automatically be edited by Nabla to include any additional detail you mention during the encounter.
For example, if you have the “normal heart exam” dot phrase configured to insert “CV: RRR; no murmurs, rubs or gallops.”, and during your encounter you say “normal heart exam, but slight murmur detected”, Nabla will insert “CV: RRR; slight murmur detected, no rubs or gallops.”
It’s now possible to resume an encounter directly from the “Note” tab
You can now edit the patient context after you've started an encounter
We now show a warning if your patient context is too long
When receiving a phone call during an encounter, Nabla will now:
show a warning screen telling you you should hang-up
automatically resume the encounter once the call is declined/over
let you know at the end of the encounter that the transcript might be incomplete
Nabla homescreen shortcuts should now open Nabla more quickly
More medical terms are now recognized by our speech-to-text engine
When you temporarily lost network during an encounter, Nabla will now show you a screen so that you can send the unsent audio before generating your note
Nabla will now ask you which EHR you use in the onboarding
All Nabla account must now be verified in order to use Nabla

In-section dictation at cursor When you need to make a rapid edit to a specific section of a note, you can now dictate the edit exactly where you need it. Your dictation will be inserted at your text cursor’s current position.
Patient context dictation You can now dictate the patient context before starting your encounter.
Dot phrases have their own settings tab To make dot phrases easier to find, they now live in their own tab in the Settings.
Magic Edit length warning Magic Edit will now show a warning when your instructions are too long, to prevent you from getting bad results.
Warning screen when microphone access is lost Nabla will now show a special screen for when it loses access to the microphone (for example when you lock your screen during an encounter)
You can now more easily access the Nabla Help Center as well as this very page directly from Nabla

There are now 2 new Well Child Care templates which include a new section with information about the child growth grouped by Behavioural and social, Language and communication, Cognitive, Movement and physical development, and Diet & pooping.

It is now possible to dictate a note directly in Copilot if you forgot to start Copilot during the visit, hard a very short visit or if you just wanted to dictate a quick note

We just added SOAP and Detailed section templates optimized for Emergency Medicine. The Subjective/HPI reflects the timeline of events ordered chronologically and the assessment captures the whole differential diagnosis, including all the non final, hypothesised diagnoses, and the detailed clinical reasoning that led to them.
